Defeat against Manchester United and Arsene Wenger's side will fall six points off Sir Alex Ferguson's side, win and Arsenal will be back in the hunt with four games of the season left to run.

Wenger can take heart in the fact he has edged contests against United, winning 14 of their 27 contests but both managers are locked at eight wins each from their 16 league encounters.
