Gunners want Derby win - Clichy

Gael Clichy has told setantasports.com that Arsenal will be highly motivated to try and finish second in The Premier League when they face Derby County on Monday night.

There are two reasons to try and beat rock-bottom Derby for Clichy: The first one is to continue to battle for the second spot and the second one is to please The Gunners’ fans after the team’s recent slip-up.

“We still have the chance to finish second and we know that it’s better for the Champions League,” Clichy told setantasports.com.

“So we have to go for it and of course we play for the fans because they have been there since the first game at least we can do it.

“I hope I will play. The more you play the more tired you are that is why I need treatment but there’s nothing to be worried about and I really want to play that game on Monday.”
